I've got screen 4.0.2 compiled for arm; works on gp2x, very useful to multiplex shells when connecting over serial, or usb (with g_serial.o).
As I quickly hacked it together, you will need to copy linux.ti and screen.ti to /usr/local/share/terminfo/l/linux and /usr/local/share/terminfo/s/screen Yes, the .ti part has to go off! (If I get some time I might rebuild the ncurses.a library to point somewhere else...) I've also compiled gdb, using the same ncurses build, might as wel put it in the archive..
These text-based tools are supposed to be used over a serial cable (I use the usb cable with the g_serial.o driver), or maybe sterm so don't have the .gpe/.gpu ending on purpose. Note that I didn't modify anything substantial, just tweaked the Makefiles so the sources taken straight from their respective websites would work in my hacked together environment
