Penguin Command is a clone of the classic Missile Command game, but has better
graphics and sound. The gameplay has been slightly modified.
Requirements:

You must have mouse emulation on your dingux (use SiENcE's mouse emulation program).
Controls:
Aiming D-pad + R button
Left cannon Y button
Middle cannon B button
Right cannon A button
Start R + Y
Quit Press Select Twice
Main Menu Press Select and then press any buttons
