DrPocketSnes is a Super Nintendo (SNES) emulator for the GP2X and Gizmondo. I've taken bits from PocketSnes and SquidgeSnes and merged them into another new emulator. I then stuck my menu system on it and called it my own :) you've got to love porting stuff. |

| I'm finding a great many games simply freeze at the intro loading screen or the sound simply buzzes or hisses. Donkey Kong Country is flawless but a simple game like Archer McClean's Dropzone will not play. UMK3 has sound issues but MK2 freezes at the opening credits screen. Perhaps this emulator has not been properly optimised to work for the Caanoo. |

| Okay, I'm just now testing out Secret of Mana and it's problem free (once transparencies are enabled...) Only so far into it, but it's the first emulator since the Picodrive that I've tried on Caanoo that hasn't been stuttering and complaining like a Intel Celeron trying to run a PS3 emulator. I'm so in love right now, and even if other games don't work yet, this is a darn good start. Thank you very much! |

| The same situation of duskboschi14 (Caanoo with firmware 1.5.0)... I tried to run the fast mode (all freeze during the initial loading screen)... :'( |

| Works great for me, a lot of games work perfect, some don't load at all but my 3 favorites all seem to work fine (Secret of Mana, Secret of Evermore and Chrono Trigger) You need to goto options though and turn transperancy's on otherwise the graphics come up glitchy :D |

| works fine on 1.50.0 for me, all games tested run almost perfectly, some take a long time to load though (super castlevania IV etc. ), on super mario kart tracks are invisible but every other game works fine for me |

| Maybe it's a compatibily problem with some SDHC (I use a 16 GB Sandisk SDHC Ultra)... in any case this emulator is the old version of PocketSNES, I prefer wait the new version (7.x.0)... I hope that it will be out soon! ;) |

| Finally, a SNES emulator for Caanoo with decent speed. I haven't tried many games but the classic ones I was playing, Castlevania, Contra or F-Zero have good speed with transparencies disabled, almost as fast as the Wiz version. |

| Buzzing on startup, can't run Mario Kart (track is missing?) but still the best emulator. PLZ port PocketSnes 7.0 for Caanoo, my wiz is bricked. I would donate if someone is working on it. |

| is there anyway to chage the button configuration to feel like an actual SNES controller. I.E.a=b, b=x, x=y, and y=a? |

| I tell you what, people. I've got myself the Sony Xperia Play smartphone and the SNES emulation on that baby kills the Caanoo stone dead. Yoshi's Island is flawless. |
