| Note: you need to create your own ini file for this game. It runs soooo good. This is a awesome release. Hopefully someone does the rest of the classic fps's Nice job pickle i look forward to seeing more of your work |

| Sorry guys, I can't run the game on my caanoo.
I go in the games menu, then when I chose Quake it starts loading than return into main menu of the console.
Should I install others stuff in order to play it?

| Game does not work. I unzipped the file and put quake folder into games folder along with three ini files. I put png files into quake folder. Game boots and then reverts back to menu. Help!!! Want to play Quake sooo bad! :( |

| hey i had the same problom this is just the game engine u need to get the files not included with this pak0.pak and pak1.pak |

| So, I have my pak1.pak and pak0.pak and I don't know what to do...I placed them in the id folder and the game trys to lad then crashes. This is difficult trying to play Quake :/ Can anyone tell me how to do this properly? |

| I'm having the same problem. i have both pak1.pak and pak0.pak and placed them in the id1 folder, but i try to load the game and it just returns me to the caanoo home. can someone help PLEASE! i really wanna play Quake! |

| Is this game terribly unstable for anyone else? It's amazing, but I get anywhere from 2 seconds to 2 minutes in and it freezes on me. |

| no dice? Am I the only one that is having stability issues? I replaced the pak files from a different source, tried both versions of quake here, rolled back my firmware, nothing stops the crashing. |

| Finally got it working. First must install game on PC and then copy Pak 1 and Pak 0 from that completed install. Just ripping pak 1 and pak direct from archive manager or ISO will not work (loading the game will send you back to caanoo home menu). Different naming conventions for files installed and uninstalled. |
