| This is a very sad and bad part to know. I too read this news on best essay writing services australia blogs. But what I felt was, when the is a brain drain obviously it's a good plus to this country. The people who ever being selected for jobs as higher officers are well deserved for the position and they are bringing pride by contributing themselves to the job and country.
