snes9x for Dingux 20100828 |

A new version of snes9x has been released. This is not the same version as snes9x4d I updated snes9x for Dingux.
I optimize COLOR_ADD, and diable THREAD_SOUND to increse framerate about ~10%.
I added some options below,
-Battery OSD Option -TurboMode Option -Tranparency Option
and I remove Fullscreen option.
