although all you need is the host's native dev tools, but please make sure that you have:
gcc pointed to gcc-4.1
sh pointed to bash
patch exe is installed.
On ubuntu system, you could:
1. cd /usr/bin
2. rm gcc
3. apt-get install gcc-4.1
4. ln -s gcc-4.1 gcc
5. cd /bin
6. rm sh
7. ln -s bash sh
8. apt-get install patch

I learned a lot from paper io this article. The author provides a well-researched and well-written analysis of the topic. |
