OpenHandhelds gp2x File Archive - File Info - Home:gp2x

This is a pack of SDL Libs for use with DevkitGP2X. The libs are all built on the latest code available and updates will be made available when needed.

There are too many libs to mention but all the usual suspects are there; Paeryns Hardware Accelerated SDL, SDL_Image, SDL_GFX, SDL_TTF etc. Music playback is handled through libmad and tremors for MP3 and OGG formats respectively in SDL_Mixer.

Full details on how to install can be found in my GP2X User Guide at https://archive.gp2x.de/cgi-bin/cfiles.cgi?0,0,0,0,23,933. All source code can be found on their respective homepages, I used Oopo's DevKit to compile it all.

Maybe I've misunderstood something, but the new (2.1) guide still mentions just a couple of slides are in the archive, whereas there's a bunch of folders and files in this new one, I'm not sure where the installation scripts would be.

By "slides" I obviously meant "files", probably shouldn't be commenting this early in the morning! ;)

Oh, now I'm thinking that possibly these are the development libs, not the "end-user" ones, please ignore my other comments if that's the case.

bpadinha - yes these files are for developers. end user does not need to download or install the files.

linux doesnt like windows links (come out as lnk files) any danger of releasing just the patched source
