Columbo
-------

Columbo is a Colecovision emulator for Palm OS (including Zodiac).

For more complete documentation, information, message boards, links,
etc etc, please see the home webpage:

Installation
------------
1) Send Columbo.prc to your handheld
2) Run the application
3) Send Colecovision ROMs to your handheld
   - If you ran the application already, you can use Hotsync to send
them to the handheld, using Palm Install Tool and dragging them to
the expansion card part (SD, MemStick, etc.)
   - You can use a card writer, Card Export application, MemStick Export,
or other tools to move them
   - ROMs go to /PALM/Programs/Columbo
4) Ensure you have installed coleco.rom -- the Colecovision BIOS; the emu
   cannot run without it

Zodiac Note
-----------
With version 006 and later, Columbo can use fullscreen anti-aliased smoothing
due to the Zodiac hardware! By default, Columbo runs in 1:1 non-scaled mode,
but if you check "Scale" in the ROM picker, Columbo will use the full screen
hardware scaling. (Previous versions, or when running on a non-Zodiac, will
use a software scaling mode that is not smoothed, and is much slower.)

Sony Note
---------
Note that most older Sony units cannot use Audio (as of beta 003) due to
Sony's proprietary audio API - Bad Sony! However, more recent units can use
the audio (such as the UX-50). So by default Audio is turned off for Sony
units, though you can turn it on if you like. If you get a crash, your unit
is using the bad Sony API and so no audio...

Starting Games
--------------
1) Run the emu
2) Pick a Cartridge ROM to run
3) Hit Go! to fire up the emulator
4) Most games require you to wait a few seconds through a demo
5) Most games require you to enter a number to statr the game; some
need only a fire button press..
6) If the game wants "1" to start, grafitti a "1" :)
