Interpreter for Descent 1.
It needs "descent.hog" and "descent.pig" from original 1.4a version of the game. The sound effects work correctly and for the music you need to extract timidity folder on SD root (but if the music is on, it causes problems and hangs at the first level).

| Awesome, thank you for this. I have been wanting the Descent games ported to the Wiz for a while now. Any chance that we will see Descent 2 in the future? |

| The music problems can be solved if you also put freepats (https://freepats.zenvoid.org/freepats-20060219.zip) folder on SD root and https://www.megaupload.com/?d=3EZAREZ7 on d1x folder.
Descent2 is playable on wiz but has a lot of bugs, i'm not focused on it ;) |

| Marvelous! This is just great! One of my most favourite games now on the wiz! Right now I've played up to level 3. However, the music in level 2 becomes laggy in about 40 seconds and the game becomes really slow. It plays fine without sound. Level 1 and 3 are all right. Question: will there be OpenGL ES support later? |

| Yup, sorry, it's my fault, you must rename freepats.cfg on d1x folder to timidity.cfg, I'll keep evolving SDL version, by the moment I'm not comfortable with oGL |

| I copied the files exactly as mentioned in the notes to /mnt/sd/games/d1x folder, patched my hog and pig files from 1.0 to 1.4a with a patch file from the www.dxx-rebirth.com website and copied them over to the d1x folder as well. Upon executing either the cockpit or fullscreen executable it dumps me back to the main WIZ menu. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. |
